No. I just went last week, absolutely no reason for gloves. It was 90 degrees on day three, A/C was on high and the seat vents were on.

Level 2 and level 3 attended. No need for gloves. I did purchase some Puma driving shoes that worked great.

x2. I did not experience any issues with grip on the wheel or shifter during the track sessions.

Going for level 2 next week. I've never seen a level 3 class on their schedule although they list it in their list of classes. When did you do level 3?

Not commenting on Spring Mountain - just performance (HPDE/track day) driving - I prefer to use driving gloves (ran TWS this weekend in the wife's C7 Z51, used my race gloves - they give great grip on the wheel without having to have "death grip"...just a nice, relaxed grip...think of them as slicks for your hands)...it's your personal preference...and if you do get sweaty palms, all the better!
