Default Leaking lumbar ??

When I pump up the lumbar bladder with the seat control the lumbar support seems to only stay at the set level for a few minutes and then deflates to the point that it was before I increased it.

Is that the same for everyone or do I have a leak?

Mine lasts between 5 to 8 hours with air.

You have a leak, time to visit your dealer.

Mine also deflates. I haven't been on any long trips to see exactly how long it takes, but I have to pump it up if I leave it overnight. This is not rocket science. It should go for months.

They probably had a bad batch of bladders at the seat factory. Should be easy for the dealer to replace. Just make sure they put the seat cover on tightly to prevent sagging.

same question. I thought they were all mechanical. Mine stays where I put it, always, even after the long winters nap in my garage.

The owners manual doesn't give any hint that the lumbar is pneumatic.
