Default Thanks Criswell Chevy

Just wanted to take the opportunity to thank Mike Furman and Dina Bartolomeo at Criswell Chevy in Gaithersburg MD for outstanding service!

Came in today for an oil change and the fuel fill pipe recall on my 14 CGM Z51 and Dina had me back on the road in less than an hour!

I appreciate Mike humoring me and talking Corvettes for about 20 minutes as he came into work; what a class act guy!

The techs there are very speedy, because they work on so many of these cars. Recently had the C6 there. Did the oil pan gasket, some fuel solenoid, the lowbeam recall, and had lunch in there somewhere, all in about 5.5 hours.

I am really pleased to hear this about Criswell service. I am buying from them but have several Chevy dealers much closer to my home. That said, sounds like it will be worth the hour drive to Gaithersburg to have it serviced by experienced and careful technicians.

Did the same several weeks ago, what a relief when you have a dealer that actually knows what they are doing. Some of the horror stories that we read about on this forum, I feel rather lucky to have dealt with Mike and Dina, great bunch of people at Criswell, who actually car about after purchase customer service... Thanks....

I live in Virginia and it takes a little longer than an hour to get to there in traffic, but I do my appointments on Saturday Mornings, lets traffic, more convenient, and less cars on the road. I think you will be very pleased with the service, and attention to detail from Criswell Service department.

I got my Corvette from Mike at Criswell too. And, I have since gotten numerous service reminders in the mail. But, I doubt I will be taking it to them for routine oil changes, though.

Bought my car from Mike as well. But a 5,000 + mile round trip for service is out of the question!

Good to hear about dealerships that have good service departments and customer service. All too often all we hear about is bad experiences.
