hmm ok, I don't need the leather horn pad or carbon bezel. I found this wheel and really like it. I would do black leather with red stitching. what do you guys think about this one ?? $999

This is a picture of my first flat bottom steering wheel. It's from Andrew at TheDoubleAA.com. Excellent steering wheel.

Jake - get that "Z06" off the wheel. You know the rules.

LOL!!! too true

By the way, love your photo of your C7 next to your Prowler.
Which one gets more looks/thumbs-up when you drive around?
I haven't seen a Prowler in ages.

I don't have a C7, yet. But, I think the '16 wheel is a nice improvement over MY '14 and '15.

It's funny...I can park the prowler next to a Ferrari 458 and the prowler gets more looks and questions.

I guess because many people haven't seen one very often.

I always thought that cars looks deserved so much more than the engine they gave it. Is there any big aftermarket performance stuff for them. Were they designed with not that much power in mind due to the shape and design of the car??

Seriously under powered.

Still a very fun car to drive.

Some have put a small hemi in place of the 3.5 v6

I'm fine with it as is, just a fun cruiser.

Prowler power to weight ratio is not bad. Car is very light. I do not know about anyone else but mine is pretty quick. No Vette, but not bad. Sorry for getting off topic..........

Peace,

Mj

Sorry to take this post off-topic in the first place.
Ok, so could you put the 2016 D-Shape Corvette steering wheel in the Prowler? ;-) That would be pretty sick

Anybody know if the leather DSV wheel offered by Vette Candy fits the Z51?

I like the look of the flat bottom wheels. But it's more of a casual interest, rather than a "got to have" thing for me. So I've never really been that interested in the custom wheels due to their pricing.

However, I might be interested in a 2016 stock wheel. Anyone know when they will be available?
