Default C7 2016 photos from front of factory plant

I finished my Buyer's Tour today and a bunch of folks asked about getting pictures of the 2016's in the front and side. There were two Stingray's in the front and one on the side by the water tower. The pricing sticker, like the Stingray's coming off the line had no pricing data. The Z06 in front of my Stingray did have full pricing data though. Note the one picture showing the parked 2016's helpless sitting their waiting for their owners. My understanding is that they are grouped according to geographical location. Word back at NCM is that they will start to be release after the 4th of July weekend.

No pricing data! Same thing on all Stingray's on the line inside the plant on 6/30/15.

I only had my iPhone 6, so this was the best I could zoom in. Look under the truck and you will see the acres of 2016's sitting on the lot under their white cover (which everyone is supposed to get with the car)! I looked out from the water testing garage door and I couldn't even count the columns and rows to come up with the number of Stingray's. Folks on the floor said there was >1K on the lot.

Nicely done! 1st pics of the new base wheels in black I've seen anywhere. They look great.

Manage to get any interior shots?

Thank you for posting.

Unfortunately there were chain mark off's for the two in the front and the one in the rear. Since I was on camera, I decided I didn't need security coming out to escort me off the premises by seeing if they were unlocked... My guide has interior shots of my car that came off the line today that I will eventually see when the photo album is delivered. However, the car has plastic around the seats, etc. you can't really make out much of the interior when they are on the line. When I sat in for the birthing, I did get to see the 36S option and I really liked it. I ordered it site unseen but am glad I went for it.

The new base wheels look so much better. I see a lot of retro fits happening.

I agree that the base wheels look really good. Hope you get your car soon.

Those base wheels are really nice-could steal some sales from the Z51 wheel/spoiler lookalike package-not sure what it is called in 2016.

I'm loving the new 18/19" wheels in black, they look fantastic!

I know the suspensions need time to settle, but man these things sit sky high right off the assembly line! Yikes! I could probably fit my whole head in that wheel well gap!

Thanks for the photos. Didn't see any center caps in the wheels. They would probably look a lot better with the center caps. Maybe the 2016's will not come with center caps unless you chose that option for 250.00.

Are the chrome wheels posted the 15's or 16's? They are not the same as the black.

They're both from 2016. The chrome are z51 wheels. You can tell by the slotted brake disk.

Those are the Z51 wheels, which have not changed from 15 to 16

There were a couple of '15 Z06s on display when I was up there the first week of June.

And I got a good water tower pic too.

I think they look fine. They'll blend into the black grill anyway unless you're close and looking for them.
