Here we have* supercharged C7 Corvette going head to head against a Mustang GT500 with full bolt-ons.

Nice miss shift... Also pretty slow off the tree - the snake never had a chance.

The C7 hooked very nicely, and the A8 is awesome for this application.

Actually I can relate. I traded 14 GT500 in for my Stingray. The Shelby has a dodgy shifter and that 2-3 shift is often missed. The SVT forum has lots of threads on that. I can see why he flipped off the shifter😭

Yes it was in Bonne Terre, MO for a Horsepower for Hope fundraiser to raise money for Camp Hope for wounded soldiers. My car definitely shines more in the 1/4, but it's an hour and a half away and you never get more than 3 runs in a night. Here at the 1/8 we get to make as many passes as we want, and it's only 15 minutes from my house. It ran a 10.62@134 with an 1/8 of 6.96 and best that day was 6.82 which would make me closer to a 10.4-5. My trans shift points are currently stock. On this pass I left it in D since the paddles are a little slow to react, but wanted to make a clean pass against my buddy in the Shelby. Should be getting the shift points adjusted this week.

From the video it looks like he was, or flipping off his own car. His hand was too low to have been addressing the Vette driver.

He's a buddy so even if he flipped me off I'd let him slide.

It means all upgrades that can be added without making modifications to the engine internals. Which would be exhaust and intake related mods and possibly a tune.
