Default SouthernCarParts.com??

Not sure what's going on, but I ordered a set of jacking pucks from them a few weeks back. No communication at all. Credit card charged the next day. Still no emails.

Haven't received the pucks yet. Sent them two emails a few days back and NO response. I guess I might have to put a call into my credit card company ?

That sucks. I got mine pretty quick.

I would dispute the charge for sure if it's been weeks.

Call them with your order number.
They've always been good to work with, for me.

Call them? You can do that in this day and age??

Actually just did. They claimed the order got 'lost' in their system and was flagged as fraudulent ..but they still took my money.

Oh well. The guy was helpful and reordered them. Seems like a freak accident or such

I, too, found them not very good at answering emails. But when I called, they were very responsive and helpful. Seems like a very small company and everyone very busy.

Nonetheless, if you're going to run an internet business, you need to pay attention to your email.

This is true...we recently found out some emails were going straight to a spam filter and never making it to our inboxes. We have fixed the issue and can assure you guys this will not happen again. Customer service is really our number one priority and this email issue threw a kink in that, as soon as I found out about the issue, I fixed it. We are always available on the phone, toll free as well.
