I did it, I put down a deposit
I finally put a deposit on a 2016 Stingray, LT2, Arctic White, Adrenaline Red Seas, clear roof, black wheels, red calibers, carbon flash package., carbon flash spoiler/side mirrors. Currently its at 3800 status, so no sure how much longer I will have to wait. Thanks a lot to all on this forum, I have learned so much!!

Thanks a lot for all the kind words. I noticed some stingrays have a large rear spoiler than others. Is that new for the 16s or is that an upgrade spoiler. Also does anyone make a part to cover the front stainless bar? I also heard someplace that the 16s come standard with a car cover, if that trur? I have so many questions, and I still cant believe i finally did it!!

Thanks, I did not have to order because I found one that had everything I wanted. I have been told its built, but has not gone through quality control yet. I am told it could be two weeks or 4 weeks, just never know. The only thing that makes me nervous is that its a manual. I have not driving a stick in about 30 years, LOL, but i wanted something different.

Congrats, I did the same a week ago! Same as yours but in Blade Silver w/ Dual Full Length Stripes and no glass roof (messed with the stripes) and the Comp. Seats.

I might pull the trigger in the next 3 days. Went to the dealer today to do a pretend build to see the cost. He has ONE allocation left that no one has snagged yet. So far it's Z51 allocation dealer stock order. All I have to do is change it all to MY stats and I'll have my order in. He showed me...the existing order is 2000. Gotta be final by tuesday.

I made a big mistake over the weekend. I was trying to be a good husband and wanted the my wife to see a stingray like the one I put a deposit on. The only one at a local dealer was a 3LT and not 2LT. Once inside the 3LT, she loved it. The red on the dash and red sticking was nice. She went from not really caring about what I bought, to wanting the 3LT. Just wanted to share a funny weekend story. I called my dealer and changed to the 3LT and lucky for me they have one already built. I tried calling CS to check on the status on the new stingray, but was told the system is down all week. Does this sound right?

Congrats! My wife and I put a deposit down a few weeks ago on a 16 Laguna Blue/Black interior 1LT A8. Ours hit 3300 last week. It was one the dealer had on order already. I tried to get her to go for at least the 2LT and she didnt care about the extras. She'd rather put the extra money to mods
