Oil temp = Engine oil temp?
Engine temp = temperature of the engine itself?

This seem kinda redundant as I thought we only need to watch for one to know when the engine over heats..

What engine oil pressure is too much?

Can we set to see Transmission temperature in the Tour gauge?

Thanks

Engine temp is actually water temp.
Oil temp is engine oil temp.

You can get the other temps on other screens.

The big I on the display shows you're in the information page of the display. There's lots of information you can display depending on the mode you've selected, touring mode, sport mode, or track mode. I usually use touring or sport mode. I suggest playing with the different modes while reading the manual. Its not as intuitive as you may think.

I love the tour Guage but too bad it doesn't display transmission temp which I would like to monitor.

Edit: I was able to get the Tranny temp gauge to appear at the center in Tour mode. Wished it was a number instead rather than the odd thirds intervals of the virtual gauge. The right side shows a picture of a white Corvette. Would be nice to have other info instead of a picture of a car.

That's what I want on the right but want to see the Trip/avg MPG reading at the same time in the center. I have not figured out if that is even possible.

Nope. Sadly, it's not. If you put the MPG display in the center, all you can get on the right is the stupid "i" The wasted space on the DIC taken up by the car graphic or the "i" is really poor design on GM's part.
