Hey All... I looked under the hood today and found a rubber hose hanging down under the hood passenger side 1/4 pannel.. I have attached pictures... I don't recall seeing this so im not sure if its supposed to be connected to something? It was also wet underneath the house.. Any ideas? I was thinking possibly its for the AC condensation?

Picture #1 - I pulled the hose up hanging.. Has a open end which kinda looks like a mouth. If you squeeze it, it opens

Picture #2 - This one shows the hose just dangling (its natural position)

Kind of hard to tell where you are referring to in the pix...maybe a shot a bit away from the actual location might help....

Here is another one I took earlier. Ill try to get some better pictures tomorrow.. The area is the front passenger quarter panel right near the firewall..

Mine has the same hose, loose just like yours. I'm pretty sure its the drain for water collected at the base of the windshield.

CHECK THE INSIDE WITH YOUR FINGER.iT'S PROBABLY A DRAIN HOSE.

Yep, looks like a drain 'udder'....you can squeeze it to see if any water comes out.... sometimes they may get plugged with debris and need 'milking'.

Same hose on mine. Put some Viagra in the tank. Still hanging but no longer limp.
