Default C7-one speaker working

Just got a 14 c7 with 1k miles on it. Only one speaker has sound coming through. I reset to factory settings and still not fixed. The fade and balance is in the middle. Any suggestions? Should I take it to a dealer?

Take the dash apart and look for a loose wire. If you don't find one I would go to where there is a speaker and take off each panel and inspect for a loose or disconnected speaker wire. If you don't find one then go to the nearest Best Buy and purchase a new infotainment system.
Submit the bill to your local dealer and have them reimburse you in cash, preferably in small bills - no coins. Add 15% for your time and trouble. You may include a Snickers Bar. (Not frozen.)
Tell the service manager you read it on the Corvette Forum.
Keep us posted...
