I have a BendPak HD-9 and have my '67 coupe above my C7. Ceiling height is 9' 10" which leaves me approximately 6"-8" between the roof of the '67 and the ceiling.
Both cars are approximately 48" tall.

I highly recommend BendPak lifts...I researched lifts for months before selecting the HD-9. I had a local company that services commercial lifts do the install...they indicated that BendPak makes one of the best lifts on the market.
Make sure to order a rolling bridge jack or jacking plate so that you can lift your car while on the lift.

I do have a question though. In addition to my vette and pickup, I also work on CanAm Spyders. They are trikes with two wheels in the front. Any suggestions on using the HD9 series with a trike? The whole bike weighs right at 1000 lbs with approx 400 on the single rear wheel. I was thinking one of the rolling bridge plates that is used with the jacks would work along with an extra ramp?

There is a steel channel on the inside of the ramps to accommodate the rolling bridge jack, jacking plate, etc. Maybe a piece of steel plate or 2 x 12's cut to bridge the gap between the ramps.

Has anyone had MTL Equipment in Houston install a BendPak?

Keep in mind that it's not just the ceiling height in your garage that you need to be aware of but you'll also have to raise the tracks on your garage door and opener.
