Default Novistrech Bra Warranty Claim

I've purchased a Novistretch bra for my C7 this past April and think it is a great product; however, it developed a small hole that is now getting bigger - see the pic. I've hit no debris nor scraped the bra.(I've less than 900 miles on the vette). although a currently small hole, I'm worried this will shred larger soon. I sent a message to Novistretch today ( 25 Aug) via their website hoping they will expedite a replacement before my planned trip to Corvettes at Carlisle this Friday. I'll let you know how this goes.

UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL POST: received an email from Andrew within an hour of my request, as well as several subsequent follow ups this evening. Have worked out a replacement for the defective bra. Really impressed with Andrew's rapid response

ADDITIONAL UPDATE - 9/2/2015 - see my subsequent separate post in this thread. NOT HAPPY!!!

FINAL UPDATE - 9/8/2015 - received a brand new bra as warranty replacement from Andy at Novistretch. Despite initial glitch, very happy with customer service. Thanks Andy!

Good luck. I hope it works out for you. I also have their product on my C5 and would definitely want to add one when I pull the C7 trigger soon, however in the end, they are basically big nylons for our cars.

I also hope they will fit over an aftermarket, Lashway splitter.

They just replaced mine last week, it took 3 days to get the new one. They stand behind their product 100%.

Maybe you should just give them a call since you'd like it before you leave. Might be more effective than an email.

Does this seem to be a quality control issue? I'd like to get one when my car comes in but it seems like they tear and awful lot. Has anyone had one for an extended period without rips? Thanks.

I got a small hole/tare in mine.....I couldn't even see it until I was taking it off after a 3000 mile trip. I just washed it.....broke out a needle and thread and fixed it.

And there's no issues with rubbing the paint or scratching doing 75-80 mph? I've never seen one of these in person but I know I'd be worried about it vibrating at speed and scratching the clear coat.

I would have, but the Novistretch website does not list a phone number - instead a contact form is provided, which I utilized. I received a email from Andrew within an hour. Pretty responsive, but I agree a phone call (if a number was provided) would have been preferred

That's great they responded! Weird they don't have a number, I guess they don't have staffing for it. Ah well, I hope it works out for you!

What is your assessment based on that they are only going to rip again? I have two pair and have used them extensively on both my 2014 and my wife's 2015 and have not developed a single hole in the mirror covers after thousands of miles of use.

Mine were full of holes at 4-6 weeks of NON HIGHWAY use. You are saying you never had ANY holes in ANY of your Bras from them?

I have had no naturally occurring holes in ANY of their masks with thousands of highway miles. And I have had no holes at all in any of my mirror masks in thousands of highway miles. Have you contacted them about the problem you have had with yours?
