Default NEW Hinson C7 Short Throw Shifter - Video Inside Check It Out

Click Here For Pricing & Purchasing

Hinson Motorsports is proud to announce our HINSON C7 Short Throw Shifter. This shifter was designed for the Corvette enthusiast who is tired of the sloppy stock shifter. Built in the USA, this is the best way to shorten throws and narrow the gate distance between gears in your late model Corvette.

Engineered for precision shifts & closer gates
Short ratio throw for the fastest possible shifts
Powder coated & weighted steel shifter handle
Will accept the stock C7 **** or one of our aftermarket round *****
CNC machined aluminum base
Direct bolt in installation
Made and assembled in the USA

This is a quick video of how the shifter works and performs in the C7. We wanted to illustrate how short the throws are and how quick the shifter is. All handle and **** combinations will maintain the stock boot to **** finished look.

*Price includes the shifter to work with your factory C7 ****. Aftermarket shift ***** are available for purchase.

A few shifter pictures.

Here are a few pictures of the ***** (Sold separately).

The short throw is pretty impressive. Can someone with a MGW shifter comment on how it compares to the MGW?

There is more effort required than the stock shifter due to the shorter handle and difference in leverage point, but not a lot more. It is still something that can be daily driven comfortably or something that can be slammed in gear and take it. The shifter is a little more stiff at first, just because it's new. After a few hundred miles it does wear in nicely. We have these in several cars now and all of the guys love them.

The promotional sale will be on for another couple of weeks. It would make a great b-day present for sure.

FYI if the car belonged to us it would've been drove that way. This C7 owner was nice enough to let us use his car 1300 mile car for this install and video so the least we could do was respect his wishes in how to treat it.

Most MGW owners say Theres are the best. The problem is that's the only shifter they've had.I've seen both video's.This is definitely A shorter throw than the MGW.

Those throws look perfect. Give some idea of installation (easy, hard)?

I went with Core-Hurst.The reason is for the Hurst shaft and the Hurst T
Handle.
I have seen Hinsen video and MGW video.I believe Hinsen is shorter.

Installation is very simple. It requires about an hours worth of time and some basic hand tools. We are working on an installation video, but for the time being we are happy to assist over the phone.

Check out some of our latest reviews from customers that had the opportunity to check our shifters out first hand in our test cars and displays at Holley LS fest this past weekend. They loved them so much they purchased on the spot.
