Default MacMulkin comes through with another one...

Just picked up my second Vette from Tommy Jr and crew.

I must have got lucky and ordered just the right combination of options and colors.
I ordered the car on July 20, had a TPW of 8/17, and the car came off the truck at MacMulkin Aug 25 - 5 weeks and a day!
My trip to Carlisle put the actual delivery on hold until yesterday, but the wait was worth it.

Tommy Jr and his entire crew were nothing but professional from the first phone call and made my transition from C6 to C7 relatively painless.
Of course, I've already forgotten 90% of what I was shown in the orientation - ie old dog/new tricks...

Karl Gott with the handsome mustache and me with the sexy legs...

I bought my C6 from MacMulkin and my C7 from MacMulkin. Excellent experience, both times.

Karl's mustache is amazing (and so is his knowledge of every button, lever and menu option).

Congrats on your new car! It's a beauty!

Mac Mulkin = The best! Great staff, including the service team!.When cars get delivered from factory to Mac Mulkin I believe they bypass the train rail. So unless some sort of quality hold the cars arrive there just a couple of days after they are built.
:cheer

Good luck with the c7 you're gonna love it

Congrats. Bought my 2010 GS from Tommy Jr and will eventually replace my CTS-V with a Z06 from them. How do you like the FE2 mag ride in the base car ? Probably nice when driving on pot hole strewn roads and a smoother ride all around than the C7 Z51/mag ride package.

Though I only have about 300 miles on my 2016, I can tell you that the base car with magnetic ride is FANTASTIC. Drives like a 'normal' car and I don't have to clench my buttocks every time I see a bump or pothole.

re the FE2...
After owning several Z51s and the Grand Sport, I bought this car for 'comfort' and so far I am not disappointed.
The ride home was almost as smooth as my Cadillac ATS.

Speaking of ride...
Did any of you guys ever own an '84 with the Z51?
I've driven trucks that weren't that harsh! That one only lasted about 18 months and it HAD TO GO!
Anything is an improvement after that!

Thanks for all the well wishes - save the wave!

Congrats on the new ride. MacMulkin does a great job and you feel like you're not buying a Yugo. A+ goes out to them.

Got about 750 miles on my '16 and it's a great car. You will really enjoy your ride for sure!!!

Hope to see you Saturday night at the Dennis Cruise-In. (weather permitting)!!
