Rimrock Chevrolet Get Two Thumbs Up!! A+ Service
I just received an $875 refund from Rimrock Chevrolet (Billings, MT). And this is over a year after I ordered the car! (Which, BTW, I got at supplier pricing.)
I ordered my 2015 in July of '14, took delivery in October, and my original salesperson had forgotten to apply for GM's price guarantee. I just learned about the program last month. I exchanged a few polite emails with Rimrock and this is what they said:
"Bill,
Although we never received the rebate from General Motors, and are not sure why XXX would not have applied for the price protection, we agree that it appears you were eligible for it and are going to be refunding you the money at our expense.
I am sorry for the mix up and I hope we can continue to earn your business in the future.
We will be sending you a check for $875 dollars shortly, could you please provide me with your mailing address?
Thanks!"
