It looks much better in person. Second best looking car at the 2015 Detroit Auto Show. The first place car was the new Ford GT.....

Especially after the Z06 beat the 911 GT3, the AMG GT-S (on this list), as well as the McLaren 650S, and a Huracan in their own Lightning Lap.

In fact, the only car ever to run faster in the Lightning Lap was the 918 Spyder.

Key word is "Premium" Sports Car.

Look at it this way...
At 79.4 the Z06 is still a bargain sports car while the others are at premium prices, and fail the bargain test.

I don't know, I think the Viper they listed is fairly in the same price range as the Z06, which I consider to be $80K - $105K

How do they rank a car that no one can drive yet as #1? Maybe they mean #1 in perks provided to car magazine writers.

Face it, all these cars are arm-candy, garage jewelry. Few if any of the owners are going to drive them, let alone drive them at speed.

Check out the mileage on these cars used... 1.5K-3K miles in 3 years???

Porsche and Corvette owners actually DRIVE the cars, but IMHO, even the Z06 is overkill.
