You'll likely get a faster response by calling MacMulkin Chevrolet or call the Chevrolet Owner Center directly @ 1-866-694-6546.

Just in from Tracy.
"Hi Tom,
Yes it is scheduled this week. I will know that it was built the day after… Then I will email you the “birthday” and the VIN. If it isn’t built until Friday, I won’t know until Monday (frown emoji) I will talk to you later this week! Have a good one."
It's kind of cool knowing that your car is there in BG - but in about a thousand pieces!
The wait begins....

It looks like my car might have been the first off the line this week! I just found out from Tracy that Amy was born yesterday, 10/4/2015 in Bowling Green, Kentucky and she has her VIN!!!
Now she sits in QC, and the wait continues...

I too received an email from Tracy @ MacMulkin. Read those sweet words, "Your Corvette was built" and she provided me with the VIN#
Now the real wait begins. Then again, anytime you get something this beautiful you can endure the wait!

I sent a follow-up email to Tracy @ MacMulkin Chevrolet to inquire about "projected" delivery to Oregon. Here is her response.
"It does take awhile to travel cross country. It will go from a train to another train then a carrier to the Courtesy Dealer. Every time it moves on a different mode of transportation, I will update you. It can take 2-5 weeks to get there. Yes, it needs to go through quality control before it is shipped. Sometimes this is quick (less than a day) or it can take a while (one of our vettes was in QC for almost 2 weeks!)."
Let's hope it's closer to the two-three week period!

Do you plan to activate On-Star so you can track you car when you get word it left the Bowling Green Factory?

Na, I believe you have to pay for the car before they can activate that and I'd like to inspect her first. Besides it only stays active for 2 weeks from the last time the car was started which doesn't help a ton with rail transports as much as carrier. Are you planning on activating it?

I still plan to pay for the car after I get a chance to inspect her but I do plan to activate On Star after I get confirmation from Tracy the car has been unloaded from the 2nd train and is now on the truck. This way I can know within an hour or so when the car will arrive at the courtesy dealer's lot. I want to be there before its unloaded to takes pics

I believe all we need in order to activate On Star is the VIN#, it has nothing to do with paying for the car but will need to call On Star directly instead of contacting the dealer to activate it.

Car Built yesturday
My TPW was 10-5 and changed to 10-2, we showed up for the buyers plan at 2:30 and unfortunantly changed again to 10-5 It was fine with us. Got to take a private 2 hour tour on Friday and then start again at 6 on Monday. I will say the first couple hours are a little boring. But after that It was awesome. My tour guy was Pete A. He was the greatest. Our car was about 5 cars from starting trim at the start of the day and finished by the end of the day. Only 2 were completed after ours. I was really hoping for completion on Monday as were were in bowling green for 4 days. The Plant employees were wonderful thanking us at almost every step.
We also bought the Photo Album and hopefully will get in a few weeks.
Now for the wait for delivery. I was told probably less that 2 weeks.
NRB Convertible , chrome wheels non Z51 with Mag ride. The museum send us a few photos but I cat figure out how to upload here.
