Did you buy new or used? If new the quick reference manual should be expected, not an SD card or Trunk Monkey. Enjoy the car and do not sweat the small things let's see a picture of the car.

SD card is the responsibility of the owner due to various sizes available also the user must format the card if it did not come formatted being the PDR software is a Cosworth product.
The PDR is a corvette feature, which is part of a GM product. Cosworth is just the supplier. Don't let GM off for this BS! Far as I am concerned, the car it's pretty damn cheap that the card was not included. I guess not including gave the dealer an out from testing and demonstrating the PDRs functionality. Damn shame on a $100k automobile.

And no. The PDR and navigation was not even mentioned during delivery. GM dealers are making approximately $30k profit on every single C7 Z06 (if the buyer paid sticker).

And IMO that is exactly why they raised their profit margins, how in the world could they afford to pay the millions and millions of $$$ in the Cobalt death suits? Ain't gonna come out of Mary's salary or compensation.

I'm continually amazed (and saddened) to see what a bunch of candy-*** whiners Americans have become...

You've got to be kidding. No way the dealer margin is 30% (or more).

The dealer pricing sheets have been published on various websites. When your in the active market to buy a car (as I was when I ordered my Z06 ), it's only smart to know exactly what the dealer ACTUALLY paid for each trim level and option. It's not like it's a secret. If you do a diligent search on some of the corvette forums it's fairly easy to find.

it just makes the dealers asking $10k to $20k over sticker look really greedy.

But, good news for those currently in the market, Z06 pricing is really loosening up. I saw $6k off of a 2016 Coupe 2LZ with A8, which stickers for $96k.

I even saw on auto trader tonight that forum venders, such as Coughlin, advertising as much as $5k 2016 Z06's.

Unfortunately, for Chevy dealers, most of their other cars they have trouble making a dime.

Something is wrong when the first thing you post after getting a brand new 460 horse beast is in regards to G.M. not providing you with a ten dollar SD card.....

If they gave you a really cheap sd card, and they started failing, people would complain. If they gave you a small sd card that had to be replaced, people would complain. If they give you no card, some people will complain. Gm can't win.

I am OP on this thread. I mentioned I was missing the quick reference guide "Getting to know your 2015 Corvette". This booklet is referenced in the owner manual so I know it exist. Called dealer and they said I got all materials that come with the car. They did not have the booklet. Then called GM Customer Service and ask if they would mail me a copy. They said booklets and manuals are to be given to the customer at delivery by dealer. OK so now what. Customer Service said they would look in to it and try to mail me a copy if available. GM had thousands of these booklets printed but no one seemed to be able to access one. Not long after my call to GM the dealer sales person called me and offered a xerox copy of the booklet. Told him I could go on line and copy it myself that was not the point. I wanted an original copy of the booklet that was suppose to come with a 70+ K Corvette. Salesman called me yesterday and said he had an original copy of the booklet for me if I still wanted it. Of course, went to the dealer and picked it up. Appreciate the dealer, salesman or GM Customer Service who ever got the booklet for me.

Thanks for the comment Steven B. I knew I was right about the booklet and stayed on it. By the way, love the Blue Angels seen them fly several times in Pensacola and once in Annapolis. My son is USNA Class of 96. Flew P3 Orion in Navy. Now an airline pilot. Go Navy!

One of the problems is the industry has moved completely away from hardcopy of anything, and put it on PDF. It saves them zillions of dollars… Usually model brochures are shipped to a dealer in a single pack of 15 or 25 ,and that's it. And they use those for special situations… Everything else in the car business these days is PDF.

The only exception i can think of for hard copies are the small brochures for auto shows.

Your really disappointed because your corvette came with no SD card and getting to know your corvette manual. why should it come with one . Because of the video and data recorder . Most cars these days have SD card slot non come with a SD card . Cell phone have a SD slot and non come with a SD card. A extra expense that is unnecessery for a car company doesn't need . The getting to know your corvette manual isn't that great . I think GM could have done a little better with that . You can download a copy on chevrolet owner center.

Should it have come pre-loaded with you favorite music too? I'd actually prefer they don't include one. If they did, they'd mark it up $100 for the $8 part. Media is dirt cheap.
