Default I have the worst commute for a Vette owner

It's two and a half miles. This morning it was 60 out and the engine hadn't even reached operating temp by the time i got to work.

Default Find a longer route.

That kind of driving is harder on your car than aggressive driving. You need to get those fluids warmed up.

A lot of condensation will end up in your oil and exhaust system with short trips where engine doesn't reach normal operation temp to burn off the condensation.

Mine is only half a mile.

Tire pressure monitor won't even register by then
& bluetooth phone just connect
& conv top just finished cycle

My wife says I need to walk to the office, but I just need to hear my early morning V8 rumble, along with my coffee...

Your Wife is giving you good advice both for your health and your Vettes health.

I love hearing it start up. Especially in the parking garage at my condo cause there's an echo that makes it sound so good

the OLM does take this into account.... but you should get the system up to full operating temp for a few minutes at least, maybe you can turn your parking lot into a skidpad....

The OLM can prompt you to change the oil sooner. It can't prevent the effects of condensation in the engine and exhaust.

I've got about 3 miles, but I used to live about a mile away. I'd either drive a long route for another 5 minutes or ride my bike.

Time to move at least 15 miles from work. That will solve the problem.

I'd buy an electric scooter or walk.

Kind of explains all the complaints about the seats being too tight.
