Will the little storage compartment on the trunk floor/driver's side still be accessible?

Also any idea of how many db's of sound reduction after they are installed?

It would be the same as if you had an aftermarket carpet.
Simply lift the corner up to get access to the compartments. Lay it back down when done.


Most of the road & tire noise comes in through the rear cargo / trunk area. This applies to both the C6 & C7
The Blockits large pre cut mat lay's in & helps smother, block & absorb the unwanted noise coming through that area.
The amount of noise reduction has been significant for the previous C7 & C6 convertibles & coupes (approx. 8 dbs).
We applied the same principle to the C7 vert. I'll get specific numbers soon.
