4 more clips for reference...this is what a C7 should sound like
note: this shop charges an incredibly ridiculous price & uses 4" tips...instead of 4.5's

After having my car for close to a year now, I can say that in hindsight I would have skipped the NPP exhaust and gone aftermarket or done this muffler delete. I know a lot of people love the NPP but I think it's too tame. For the price I could have done B&B Bullets (to be able to put it back to stock when sold) or this.

Yes, NPP, NAV, and PDR were three things I really wanted and I am okay that I have them but I don't feel I got the value I needed from them either.

I'm just going for a set of whistle tips and calling it a day.

Drone isn't bad at all, wrap with the sound insulation like Jake showed in his posts. My boss 302 had muffler delete too, so it is not like I can't stand any bit of drone. At the end of the day it depends on you but as far as my personal experience, no drone is not bad at all. As for the NPP, no i didnt want to leave the NPP as the sound was below my expectations, the only way was to get rid of it. Yes NPP is better for resale that is why I'm planning to weld it back on once i decide to sell it. Although from what i expect, the new buyer will love the sound and wont want the NPPs back if i were to ever sell it hehe

Or why doesn't someone make a cut-out kit that installs ahead of the NPP mufflers and uses NPP valve actuators to control the cut-out's valves so you still have the mild/wild option?
Has anyone heard anything about modifying the NPP mufflers similar to what was done with the C5 ZO6 titanium mufflers to get more sound?

And i don't "just want it loud" , it already is loud.. and I def. don't want it loud for "those outside the car either". I simply made it sound mean, and I love it, gives me a giggle every time i step on it a little, and when idling sound a million times better as well.
It is simple... if you like it DO IT! if not, DON'T
