I still remember McBee's in New Braunfels, and haven't been to these two in many years: Otto's and Goode and Co. in Houston. Wish I'd gone....

This place serves up some great BBQ. They use a rub that is very heavy on pepper. I think it's 1 part salt and 9 parts pepper. The result is a delicious bark on your brisket. One of my favorite places.
