It's a three day planned event at the National Corvette Museum. Besides a lot of Corvettes (mostly C6s and C7s), there are a lot of Corvette owners. In addition, all of the top Corvette brass from GM are there. There are lots of presentations including the reveal of the next model year Corvettes (the 2017s in this case). There are also many optional activities during the three days. It's a must do for anyone who loves these cars. Here's a link to more info; scroll down to the third event on the page (April 28th):

I believe we (my wife and I) will be there, also I live in Bowling Green so if there is anything you may need some help with feel free to let me know. This will be my 1st official meet up. We cruised around last year, but due our work schedules we couldn't make the meet up.

Thanks! I will definitely take you up on the offer as the time draws nearer and a need arises.
Looks like our total is up to 28 or so depending on how many maybes show up. Last year we had over 50 and it overflowed into the main restaurant. Hoping more folks will sign-uo as the event gets closer.

Forum Bash Dinner
It's time once again to get on the list for the 2016 Corvette Forum Dinner at the NCM Bash in Bowling Green this April.
Montana Grille is where we held the dinner last year thanks to forum member arcticblast (David) making all the arrangements. He has moved to Florida and asked that I take over the arrangements this year.
I have reserved the Atrium room for the Corvette Forum Dinner. The Atrium will seat about 50 people. If we have more, it will spill over into the main room. As usual, it will be a Dutch treat, informal get-together that will start about 6 PM on Thursday, April 28, 2016.
The Montana Grille is located at 1740 Scottsville Rd in Bowling Green, KY. The food and service are outstanding. The restaurant manager told me that they do not add an automatic gratuity on large groups like ours. They tell the servers that they must earn the gratuity. That was evident last year, as we had very good service. So, plan to come join us, make some new friends, catch up with old friends, and put faces with screen names! Last year was my first year at the Bash, and my wife and I had so much fun we are headed back again this year. We hope to see you there!
Please post the number that you will bring in this thread. I'll try to update the list regularly.
Thanks, and we'll see you there.
BJ

Count me in !
I will be there ! S/o said there was no reason for me to miss it. Also discovered I'd made a reservation where I stayed last year. So I am set. In fact, I'm going to do the Snake and the Dragon backwards so that I end up in Alcoa, TN on Wed night. That will put me in B G Thurs about noon.

Hi Jerry!
Here is a current thread regarding hotels this year that might help you in deciding where you would like to stay.

Thanks Woody! I just logged in to catch up and was going to update the count. I just got back from Spring Mountain and man was that a fun trip! If any of you haven't done it yet, I highly recommend it! These C7s are incredible pieces of engineering and really fun to drive....fast and twisty!
