I’m excited to announce that the group buy for the C7 Z06 rear quarter panel vents is now live on Massdrop! This group buy was made possible by the large showing of interest in the interest check thread I created here.

This group buy ends on Wednesday, February 3rd at midnight PST.

For anyone who is unfamiliar with how Massdrop works, our group buys are called “drops”. Each drop has different price points and associated quantities. The more people who join a drop, the lower the price gets.

To join a drop, just sign in to your Massdrop account (or create one) and click the Join button. Once you join the drop, your card won’t be charged until the drop ends.

Hey BlueDevil,

Once the group buy closes we submit all the orders at the same time. After the vendor receives our order they will freight all of the vents to our warehouse to be shipped out to you guys. Unfortunately shipping out some orders earlier than others isn't possible.

I am ordering for my base as I plan on tracking and upgrading the trans cooler. If not tracking, I would guess it just looks cool.

Depends on which transmission you have:

Rear Quarter Panel Intakes (vents)

Z51 - both vents are functional
1 is for the transmission cooler
1 is for the differential cooler

Non-Z51 Automatic Transmission
Automatics have a functional vent for the transmission
Other is blocked off/non-functional

Non-z51 Manual Transmission
Both vents blocked off
