The option(s) you SHOULD have gotten
I don't know if this has been talked about before, but for those of you who have had second thoughts about options on your C7 you "should" have ordered (or held out for one in stock), what would you have done differently?

Well, Mikey82, I had three Vettes over 20 years totaling 200,000 miles, and my current CTSV is simply a comfortable chassis on a Vette drive train, and I’ve been thanked a lot of times for posts mostly on fuels and lubes, so I figure I have credentials to stay around for a while. I did admit in advance that my comment was a bit tongue in cheek. So I’d suggest that perhaps there’s room for you to lighten up.

After taking a Z06 for a test ride when I had my C7 Vert in for an oil change, I wish I would have coughed up the bucks for a Z.

Perfectly happy with my choices; 2014 NRB base convertible, M7, 2LT, navigation. My next C7 will be ordered almost the same except I am forced to get the PDR with navigation and a different color.

I’m sorry in advance. This will almost certainly be viewed by most as an ****-retentive comment. But “should have got”??????? Back in high school fifty-something years ago, I hated my ****-retentive English teacher who made us memorize such timeless schlock as “Whan that Aprille with his shoures soote, the droghte of Marche hath perced to the roote….” (no kidding, that’s the correctly spelled first two lines to Canterbury Tales). But I at least should give him credit for learnin’ me that “should have got” ain’t no way for cultured folk to talk.
Actually, I'm not a Vette owner any more (previously had a C4, C5, and C6) so I can't comment on your exact question. But for my current car, 2010 CTSV coupe, I wish I'd waited a year for blind spot detection to be available. Visibility to the right rear in my car is seriously bad. Otherwise, it's a great ride. Obvious Vette heritage in drive train, and vastly more friendly for later years.
This paragraph added a day later. Thanks to OP for correcting the thread title. Hope it didn’t cause you any significant grief. All was done in good humor from my end.

After going to spring mountain and using the PDR I wish I would have ordered it, although I street drive my car and spring mountain is the perfect application for it, so not upset
Maybe the carbon dash to match my comp seats better... That's about it!

No Regrets, got the NNP exhaust which I should have gotten on my C6.You learn as you go trying to save a couple bucks isn't always worth it.
What I am pleased about is that I didn't get a Z51 because who needs .. More Brake dust, lower profile tires that wear out quicker, ride harder and cost more. But if you get magnet ride it's all resolved. Now 99.9 % of these Z51 club members never even track their cars. Take the 4-8 grand in cost and take your significant other on a nice vacation, It's money better spent.

Bought my first four Corvettes used or from the dealer's inventory. Ordered my '16 Torch Red C7 with pretty much everything I wanted. Z51, 3LT, carbon fiber dash, red calipers, black machine faced wheels.
Only slight regret was not throwing in the extra bucks for mag ride.

I got lucky, the C7 that I wanted down to the very last option, was on MacMulkin's lot up until last Friday
16 DSOM 2LT M7 mag ride, npp, pdr/nav, blacked out badges, mirrors, spoilers and wheels.
