Had a stereo shop install an upgraded stereo amplifier and crossover in rear/back panel area, and upgraded speakers.


Going home my OnStar voice will not activate, and when using known addresses in GPS, voice for directions will not activate.


Could a fuse have been blown? If so, where could I locate it?


Any help would save me a very long drive back to the shop.

I've heard of lots of people de-activating the noise cancelling mic to eliminate issues with aftermarket amplifiers being added. I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will chime in, but that's my initial thought...and I'd ask the installer about that specifically.
