They should have put that CTS V motor the Grand Sport. Since they're not using it at this time. Now you have the Camaro going faster but looking uglier by far than the GS.

What engine are they using in the Cadillac V? Do you think maybe the ZO6 engine? I do....

Umm, that's pretty much what you call a Z06.
The point of the GS was to have a naturally aspirated track animal.

Not on the track, apples n' oranges. BTW have you seen the GS's track performance information.??

Correct
ZO6 has the LT4 motor
CTS-V3 has the LT4 motor
They should have done a high hp LT1 with like 525 hp and offered a weight reduction package for those that would want it. Personally I hope the ZR1 is higher hp and more Z06 then full on ACR. I don't think any of the track guys are calling for more hp but rather more cooling and less weight.

That's what I meant. Those CTS V's were 550 hp, that would have been perfect for the GS. But with the less weight, super performance of the Caddy's motor, that would have probably matched the Z06.
Supercharger systems weigh on average 90 to 110 pounds. They screw with the tested geometry of the great Z06's handling/performance. It take a 100 HP just to run these chargers. I like Aluminum cubic inches instead.
