Default Custom stereo system install

I started this on the Z06 forum but realized it should be here. Maybe it can be merged for me.

Here is a sneak peak of part of the build. I'll insert fabricator own words and definition of each step once complete. I found out yesterday that shop needs the vehicle for another week to complete sub enclosure which will follow same lines and them of tweeter pods. But I have to receive car back tomorrow to head to Sebring for the start of the Petit Lemans. So 2 weeks away from completion. Their are only a few things that come to mind as I visualize the build...."Spectacular" and "A work of Art"...All final details of build will be released all at one time.

I'd love to hear the final product. What's your music preference? Will you need an extra battery?

I used an Audison Bit Ten so I could control the volume with the stock HU. Also, I'm not sure why you didn't just mount the tweeters in the doors. There is plenty of room. That way your install is stealth. Were I live having anything out in the open is asking for a break-in. I also used the stock sub box and a low profile 8" sub and it put out wonderful tight bass.

Can you tell us what your overall plan for the system is? Component choices etc? What are your goals? I used to do professional car audio system installs but I'd be hesitant to be disassembling my brand new C7 door panels and other areas. That said, I'd love a audiophile-grade system especially if it worked with the stock HU. Can't wait to see the result!
