What does no allocations mean? - They are not building any or no new allocations to any dealers?

No new allocations to dealers this consensus cycle.

I am sorry for my ignorance but does that mean my dealer cannot place an order? I went to place my order last Thursday and my dealer today told me my order was at 1100. I am trying to find out if I am going to be waiting a while for my order to get to the next step. Thank You

A dealer can "place" an order at any time. The order will sit at 1100 until the dealer has an allocation for the vehicle type (Z06 or non-Z06), and matches any constrained items on your order. Once a dealer assigns an order to a valid allocation, your order will move to 2000 by the following Tuesday. If your order is for a Z06, then your order cannot progress in this consensus cycle since there are NO Z06 allocations. GM notifies dealers of constraints and allocations on Thurday (unless a holiday).

Thank you this helps clear it up for me. My order is for a ZO6.

Well - dangit - I put my Z06 order in today, but didn't check this until now. I hope this constraint doesn't last long - I want Laguna Blue

Just my luck.
Placed an order and wired a deposit for a Laguna Blue Z06/Z07 last Tuesday. Kerbeck said they received the wire on Wednesday and usually place orders with GM on the following Monday or Tuesday.

Okay, now that the z06 questions were properly addressed, and forgive MY ignorance, but what does this notation mean regarding the z51? Thanks.

It means that on a nationwide basis for this consensus cycle, only 60% of Stingray allocations have Z51 allowed. Percentages by each individual dealer may vary as very low Corvette volume dealers that only get 1 allocation per cycle may get no Z51 allocations. Larger dealers may get more than 60%. The "Model Year Material Restriction" means that the constraint is, most likely, going to exist for the entire model year. Z51 has been constrained since the beginning of C7 production.

It means, way fewer Z51 allocations available to dealers = long wait

It's just for this allocation cycle. I think it's been known for a while though. There are 2 allocation cycles per month, and I was told by several dealers that there would be no Z06s in the 2nd allocation cycle in Mar. From my understanding, there should be Z06 allocations in the 1st cycle in April.

2LT, Mag Ride, Perf Exhaust, Front Lift, splash Guards. Didn’t need The Z51 as do not track the car. Also prefer A/S tires and not about to be switching them every 6 months in Chicago

we ordered the HTC because my wife said so. Didn’t worry about what someone else wants as I don’t flip cars. It’s for us, what we want. Soon the Flipping days will be over.

Closing this since the C7 ordering process has been over for a number of years.
