Warble sound occasionally

If memory serves, I think I saw a post where a "warbler" went in for service, they opened up the differential and found metal in the oil. That would make sense since the issue has been described as a ring/pinion gear assembly problem. So if it's true there is metal in the oil in these 'warblers" the last thing I would be doing is waiting for a TSB or something.
Metal in oil is a major failure just waiting to happen....not if, just when.IMHO

Have my oil change scheduled on Monday and I'll let the service people know and see what answer I get

My tech did not think the problem from the diff
I printed out the posts pointing the problem coming from the diff and took to my dealer.
I also took the tech for a ride to show him the chirping noise.
However, he did not think the noise coming from the diff. He asked me to leave my vette in the dealership next week for several days for him to diagnose the problem. My vette is C7, Z51, 2LT, Bought it brand new a few months ago, having the noise since day 1, at about RPM 1600, typically when going up a hill.
I am very worried and don't know what to do!
I uploaded the video that I took with the noise to YouTube:
Can someone please check and tell me if it is the same as that from the defect diff? Thanks!

That doesn't sound like the warble noise referenced here. Also, I noticed the noise in all those videos kinda correlate to when your tach was around 2000 rpm and goes away as soon as the tach drops.

Thanks! You are right that the noises will drop off after an even higher pitch sound when the rpm is over 1800 or so. My impression of the noises when I heard them the first time was "there is a tree leaf near a vacuum intake, so it creates some chirping/whistling-like noises when the vacuum is sucking air, and then the noises drop off when the leaf is sucked to close up the vacuum intake."
Now what I should do?
Now what I should do?

Mine did the same sound when my corsa xpipe wasn't properly clamped down.

To me, I would think the sounds/noise is coming from some moving parts (like a valve or so), that is, something vibrating, doesn't appears from a fixed size leak of hole.

What I noticed in the video is that it occurs when switching from v4 to v8. Right before the switch the afm valves are closed and the change in flow can be heard right before the afm valves open. Some leakage of gases is occuring where the xpipe connects with the muffler pipes. I quickly fixed this by wrapping some metallic exhaust tape all around the slip fit connection because I've been too lazy to reattach everything properly myself. like I said above, my car sounded exactly the same . Keep us updated .

I traversed the pipe and it is connected to the muffler. On the join, there is a small hole:
I am not sure if it is the cause but will use some metallic type as you said to test.

Thanks for the detailed picture. It took me a while to crawl under the car to try to find out the place. It seems my model is somewhat different from yours:
