Rear Hatch Inner Surface Stains

Default Rear Hatch Inner Surface Stains
Has anyone found anything that works to clean the black inner surface of the rear hatch? The paint looks like it has water stains. It came this way new but didn't notice until after purchase. Any help would be appreciated.

Had the same thing just used a mirco fiber cloth and water all came off.

303 Aerospace Cleaner & Protectants. I use this for all interior cleaning. It has no soaps or detergents and leaves behind a UV protection.

I get water stains if I open the hatch during or after a rain or after washing the car. I keep a micro fiber towel handy to wipe up after any water drips.
