I liked the Carlisle blue....did look great in person. I will wait to see this new blue before passing judgement. Could be very nice.....then again, I am not a "wild color" person/fan. Heck....I love white!!

I can understand all the comments about this new Sterling Blue being boring, but it looks like a color that will accentuate the sculptured lines of the car. There are some great colors on these C7s, but in my opinion not so many do justice to its contours. Do you choose a color for the color itself, or for how it works with and for the car? For example, Blade Silver isn't a color one would consider an attention-getter, but fewer colors underscore the C7 curves and overall design as does BSM. Sterling Blue might be right there with Blade Silver. All IMO.

Say What ? I'm 70 plus and even I can't stand the new colors. Guess this means waiting till the new paint plant is up and running.

This past weekend our club had an outing. One of our members has a Carlisle Blue C6 convertible. It is OK, silver blue just doesn't complement the car. Before this announcement I was thinking; we will never see a Corvette painted that color again, I was wrong. (my parents had a 1963 Oldsmobile painted that color)

I love it. Pair it with a navy blue top, some nice bright silver or chrome wheels and red brake calipers.

You guys realize that Admiral blue is a great looking color?
While I love my Laguna Blue, I would just as easily have picked Admiral blue with its link back to Grand Sports.

on an entirely different note (I really don't GAF about what new colors they are coming out with, I'm sticking with white), I'm on the fence about that ZL1 Camaro convertible, it looks decent.

They claimed toward the end of 2017 MY before they started building it.
