defaria,

How do those attach to the visor?

It's a sticker. Wasn't too hard to install though they say the sticker is the exact same size as the airbag warning sticker. They should have just made it a little larger so it wasn't as tedious to make sure it all lined up but I managed to get it pretty close myself.

Sorry but IMHO those look as bad as what they are obviously covering up.

I just heated them up with a hair dryer and then peeled them off.
That was on a 3LT with suede. The stickers left no trace of being there.
I don't know if that would be the case with the "pleather" visors.

You got me started on a mission. I spent about an hour researching options for stickers to cover the factory ones. I was out in the garage looking for the roll of carbon fiber decal I have for about 20 minutes. Found it, and held it up to the visor to see how it'd look, then decided to try pulling off the warning labels.

It took about 2 minutes per side to pull off the factory labels. My car is about 3 weeks old, and has the 3LT sueded visors. The stickers took just a little of the "suede" material with them, but honestly one can't tell they were ever there now. For those of us with the 3LT interior, this might be useful information.

I didn't heat mine up. Wasn't necessary on my car.

Simple, then don't buy them. I like 'em.

My concern, as with many of these sticky things, that after I remove them it'll look bad because I'll do a bad job. I saw some posts here about how to do them and I worried that I'd wreck it up.

Plus I like a couple more reminders that my car is a Z51.

Defaria you crack me up dude!

The Z51 stickers definitely look better than those hideous yellow ones (imo)
I too have the same fear of muffin up my visors trying to remove the factory label.

If they bother you, try taking them off. Worst case if it doesn't work out for you, you can buy some other sticker to cover it up. Corvettemods has stickers that match the visor material for $10 a pair. Even that will look better than the silly stickers that tell you to put your child in the back seat.

There's really no downside...you might be out the cost of a fast food combo meal if it doesn't work out.

I placed an overlay plus Stingray's on mine right after my purchase in 2014.

Look at the original post. He didn't ask for your opinion. He simply said that he picked them up on e-bay.

Me likey, where can I get those? I was going to remove those ridiculous stickers but wondering if they are better left on for new stickers to stick to?

That was my fear also. I did the same, but mine are just black for my non Z51. Does the job.

I would try pulling the old ones off before covering them. Worst case, you completely wreck the visor (highly HIGHLY unlikely) and you buy new visors....

I went with Streamline design and used the custom GM graphics.
Went Black with Silver writing. STINGRAY.
There was a very tiny bit they did not cover on one edge, used a black marker and even my wife cannot tell.

I installed some very cheap-looking stick-on covers from a forum vendor, then removed them in disgust. To my surprise the stock label peeled off with the covers, so without the covers the labels should be easily removable with only some moderate heat applied. Afterward I used some Goo-Gone and wiped off the small amount of glue remaining. Mine's a 3LT, but I understand the 1LT/2LT material may not be so easy.
