I have the following intermittent issue with the infotainment screen.





The "jumping" begins as I start the car. Stays there all the way. Some starts are OK and there is no screen jumping.

1) What is the name of this symptom so I can inform the dealer.
2) What causes it? i.e. Is it a connector or the display?

I rather buy the part and do it myself than giving it to dealer. Car still under warranty. 2014 mid run production.

It's a known issue for 2014's. There are numerous threads about it on this forum, but - bottom line - the fix usually is a new head unit replaced by the dealer under warranty

This looks like an issue with how the FAVORITES are displaying. Try changing how many are displayed in Infotainment Settings|Radio|Manage Favorites|Number of Favorites shown. Try Auto or any different number 5|10|15 etc.
