Default Should I wait to buy a 2015 z51 or no...

I am wanting a 2015 metallic red 2/3LT z51 w/ mag ride and kalahari seats. Should I wait a little longer to buy one and let the 2017s hit and catch one then?

Im not in a huge rush but would really like one. Lol

Thanks in advance!

Klaus

spend a couple of hundred extra bucks, drive one now and enjoy summer. Wait a few months, save a few hundred dollars and store it to enjoy next summer.

I don't think you'll see a whole lot of change in cost on a 2015 just because the 2017s start rolling out. If it was a new 2016 sitting on a lot currently without a deep discount, then maybe, it would be worth waiting it out or looking for a dealer that is already giving deep discounts.

Buy it now and enjoy it. Waiting brings you nothing but uncertainty.

and I doubt the '15s will go down by much when the '17s hit, at least not initially.

when you find the car that is equipped just as you want it, and the car checks-out, buy it !

If you get a 15 3LT in kalahari, you will have a unique interior as GM strangely eliminated the full kalahari treatment in 2016 on the 3LT-no kalahari on the top of entire dash and no kalahari on the door panels just black.

That's a pretty specific car you are looking for, I would buy one when I found one.
(priced right of course). Good Luck.

OP, IMHO, if you find what you want at a good price, buy it now and enjoy life. For what its worth, I went through what you're going through at the end of 2015. Landed up buying a very low mileage 2014, Cyber Gray/Kalahari, 2LT, Z51, mag ride M-7 from Criswell at the very beginning of this year. Prices on used C7s haven't moved all that much despite the price discounts of new 2016s. Instead of looking on line, I'm driving the dream, can't beat that.
