No, I spoke with Larry Patterson first who is the service manager, I got a good vibe and he treated me like I owned Chevy's flagship car which was refreshing for once. He then told Tony what to do.

We decided to try the reflash first as there were like a history of updates mine were missing. Although at first I wanted stator TSB done, it makes sense to at least try reflash first...So I agreed.

We just did reflash and Larry/Tony told me their tech has absolutely dropped A8's in the C7 and if it comes to it, they will do whatever it takes to fix problem.

You can ask for Larry or Tony, they will know my white C7.

Reflash did nothing.

I just let my car sit for a few days...

The 2 second delay and hard jerk into drive is right back where it left off.

...Exactly what I thought would happen, but I guess it was worth a shot.

Bummer, but not surprised as others have experienced similar results. Reflashes don't seem to permanently cure the issues. Clearly, GM needs to step up and publicly admit what is the issue and how can it be permanently resolved. If it means a new tranny, then so be it. Sorry you didn't get better results.

Sorry to hear your issue(s) continues.....keep me/us posted on what you do next - I will be visiting Maik Haik next week assuming my schedule allows it....

I picked up my car from the dealer yesterday, worst service ever...even the simple job of replacing the console lid wasn't done right - the leather had bubbled up, the replacement had the exact same problem (if they even replaced it)...they badly scuffed the leather on my steering wheel and the interior had scuff and grease marks all over.....

They replaced the TC finally and that did not fix the problem. GM Engineers suggested that the TSB, something -19 be done. They suggested it be done 3 days in a row early in the morning. Thus was to re-program the clutches. As of now it seemed to work. We will see.

That's weird, Mak Haik is replacing my center console lid also (from the permanent dent issue). They ordered and I'm just waiting for it to come in.

What dealer did you just pick up your car from?

Can you help us out greatly and find out the exact TSB GM Engineers suggested? Thanks man...Would help me for sure.

Knapp - I wanted to give them a chance since I live very close to them.
