I was going to buy a spare quart of Mobil 1 Oil and there are several versions of the 5w-30 synthetic. Which version should I be buying? The manual simply states 5w-30 dexos 1 compliant. I am presuming it is this one:

That's what I use. I've seen other people mention the advance formula high mileage stuff too. My engine doesn't seem to be suffering or insulted by using the oil you posted.
