My local audio shop is installing the JL audio stealth box and an amp next Saturday for only $100 labor. I'll post pics and a review when installed.
Anybody have any reviews on a stock system?

JL Audio makes some amazing speakers. The stealth boxes are expensive but they're worth it. I've never been disappointed with one.

I have a 8 inch JL audio in my Wrangler with a 1500w Kenwood amp running it and Polk speakers. It will shake the teeth out of your mouth. First song you need to play is the extended version of Dire Straights Money for nothing. When the guitars kick in hold on!!

That's usually one of the first songs I play at full volume after a new system install. It will definitely let you know if your gains are set right

I have the 10inch jl with stealthbox and love it. Sounds great! You won't be disappointed. I love the fact you can still store the roof with no issues.

Is it just the stealth box on the stock system or did you upgrade anything else?

How did your installer connect between the factory wiring to the amplifier? Did they use JL cleansweeps or just speaker level inputs?

I'm getting the single 10inch and the amp for mine, but I'm not sure about how to connect it to the amp.

To be honest, I'm not sure. I know the wires were all upgraded. Sorry wish i could be more help.
