Has anyone found their cars build sheet tucked away into some nook or cranny??

I don't think they were hidden ... just thrown in car. If you don't have yours then your dealer probably threw them away during PDI. Luckily my dealer left them in the trunk so I have them.

My 2016 Z build sheet was in the truck of the car with the owners manual.

Yes, that was where the owners manual was but no build sheet!
It's about $40.00 to get one from the Corvette Museum.

Do a museum delivery to get your build sheet and window sticker free. Get them laminated there for a very minimal charge. The experience of the Museum Delivery is phenomenal.

I did not find mine in the car but I did get a laminated copy along with a window sticker from the NCM.

Speaking of build sheets, does anyone know how to decipher one? Mine is pictured below, Most of the codes and numbers are easy to figure out but I am curious about what the circled codes signify.

Well I asked for my build sheet before I picked up my car from the dealer !!! And it was with the other paperwork in a folder !!! Wayne
