Need side skirt advice
I've been reviewing lots if side skirt advertisements and websites. I'm thoroughly confused now. I have a 2016 2Lt black with red seats and black wheels. Should I mix carbon fiber skirts with the carbon flash standard trim or stick with carbon flash? Also, what supplier do you guys recommend for reasonable quality and easiest install? I don't want to go cheap or excessive, I just want them to look good for as long as I own the car and add road kick up protection.

Happy w/mine ACS in carbon flash. IMO, if you don't have other carbon fiber accents, then stick w/carbon flash.

I would stick with carbon flash metallic. This way, you are consistent.
The first go round on my install unfortunately I let my wallet dictate my choice, and I ended up shipping my side skirts and splitter back. It was junk, and using two sided sticky tape to hold the parts on to the car did not scream quality to me. Additionally, sending the parts back and paying for shipping both ways was not cheap, either.
After doing a lot of research and comparative shopping, I highly, highly, highly (did I say highly enough?) recommend ACS Composites out of Montreal. Joe the owner is very professional and knowledgable. He always returned my emails and phone calls.
You might want to bounce your idea between carbon flash v carbon fiber he has impeccable taste!
Here is my finished product with all carbon flash metallic side skirts and splitter. I also had Expel done on all parts since they do take a beating.

ACS carbon flash on mine with its stock Z06 level 1 aero front splitter.
The museum staff installed mine prior to delivery but the process appears very straightforward. Be sure to use a stop on the bit or be very careful when mounting the driver's side skirt if you have an A8 because the cooling lines run through the area. This is the same process the dealer uses for mounting the factory skirts which are shipped with the car but not mounted.

It all depends on what you want. I personally went with carbon fiber since it's more durable and will stand up to the downforce if you are going really fast. I have the c7carbon gtx splitter and side skirts. I just used the regular screws on mine, no rivets or double sided tape and I can tell you they will hold going 185+MPH. I'm currently in Germany so I can get to those speeds easily here, but it's all up to you.

ACS all the way - great product that really feels like an OEM quality install. I just finished installing my side skirts today

I went with Carbon Flash painted fiberglass skirts from RPI. I installed them with 10 tiny screws on each side. Yes I drilled small holes into the rockers but they are way down low and would not be visible if I ever decide to remove the skirts. I also painted a GM Z06 splitter for the front of my Z51.
