Wagon Master

On my 2014 C7 my Nav screen is periodically scrolling out of control and image shakes and flashes. This will occur for as long as 5 minutes or just for several seconds. Then it just goes back to normal.
Anyone else having this issue who can give me some insight before I end up going back to dealer. Car has 5200 miles. Thanks

A noted problem with the 2014. Screen will be replaced under warranty.
I had the same issue, the replacement screen has had no issues. Am just over 20,000 miles now

Thanks ..So glad yours was replaced and has worked fine. I just am not pleased to have the dash taken a part to get it done.

Just had mine replaced today. It took about 3 weeks to get the replacement. Plan on a little wait. They will probably have to take it apart to get the #s off your unit, then order a replacement. I had them put mine back together so I could keep the car while waiting for the new one.

Mu 15 has been blanking out off and on for two months and the screens were on backorder, Mine came in last Friday and was replaced today, hope they have worked out the bugs and this one holds up.
