You can, but there's a lot of pressure on it and long-term, depending on how good the insulation is , it Might come loose. That's why Chevy bolts it on. At least 3 Bolts recommended.

I've seen people with tape only installs on here. I'm sure it would be fine, but I'm also sure if a taped on spoiler went flying off they aren't in any hurry to post about it on the internet.

I have a Z51 and removed the stock spoiler to mount the High Wing spoiler. I used two plastic body panel plugs and had them painted to match. Then I silicone them in the extra holes. It's not a perfect solution but it works perfectly and no one has ever asked about them.
I added a picture so you can see what I mean.

That high wing spoiler sure looks good. I think I would want it bolted on, but the 3M tape would probably work well too.

That wing spoiler is the best-looking one out there! If I thought I could replace my Z51 spoiler with that easily, I would do that in a heartbeat.

From what I understand they can not be ordered as an installed item. It is also listed as "Does not fit Z51". The reason for that is the Z51 spoiler (and the GS/Z06) uses 9 bolts to hold it on. The High Wing Spoiler shown in the pictures only uses 7 bolts to hold it on. This leaves 2 exposed extra bolt holes in the rear cover. Note the GS and Z06 have a wider rear cover but the bolt holes are the same afaik.
