C7 Power Seat Lockup on Driver Side - Caution!
I lost a half finger driving glove on a 600 mile road trip I took last week and just to be sure I moved my driver seat all of the way forward to see if it had by chance fallen off the back of the center console and was under my seat.
I apparently moved the seat too far forward and it became jammed and would not respond to any input or even restarting the car. I kept manually trying to move the seat backward in the hopes that it would re-engage and playing with all of the controls and I am not sure why but it suddenly started working again. Just decided to do the thread as a warning that the seat doesn't like being pushed frontward to the end of its track......

Had this same issue last week.... Make sure the lever on the side of the seat isn't in the up.position or it will not allow.your seat to move back.... My seatbelt was holding that lever up causing the issue. Moved the seatbelt out of the way problem solved.
