Waiting for parts
I took my 2014 vette in 2 weeks agofor a software upgrade for the infotainment system and AC modules. In the process somehow they zapped the drivers main information display and I'm told there are no parts available in the country at this time.

Hope they get the parts to the dealer soon. Sucks to be without the car for an extended period of time.

I've been waiting since October 3, 2016, for a windshield. I can't believe how hard it is to get parts for a C7.

Are you still under warranty and the original owner? If so file a claim with the BBB in 30 days go pick up your new 2017 for breach of warranty on the 2014.

Finally repaired
In the end I believe the dealer messed up the software upgrade process and tried to cover it up by requesting a failed hardware part which was not available.
GM customer service was not much help and kept asking me to have my communication through the dealer. Barta's office saw it differently
