Just changed mine out last weekend. One person an about 2 dozen fasteners to remove. Just be careful around the tail light bezels. You can chip the paint there. Remove my z51 spoiler an added z06 stage 2. Just take you time.
A base 2014 non Z 51 does not remove any spoiler, all spoilers fit around the existing duck bill.
Thank you I noticed that after posting this thread. I was under the assumption that the "duck bill" would have to be removed. Thanks to all who answered as well.

Can you post pictures of this? I'm curious how the final results look. Thanks!
Looks awesome. I have been wanting to do this for a while. Going to be my spring project. Did you add the stage 2 wickets to your Z51 spoiler or did you install a Z06 spoiler then add the the stsge 2?

Yes I replaced it with z06 spoiler. The z51 is different an the stage 2 winglets LeAve a gap between the spoiler an the winglets an the are to long the will cover more of the brake light.
