In regards to the different sill plates, I have someone investigating. There is speculation at this point that what we're seeing in the pictures is car #1, which is thought to have some things that are different than what went into production. Trying to get some confirmation on that if we can.

It may explain the difference in naming of the sill plates too. On the CE it's listed as an RPO code and indicates it's something special on the CE, but in reality it is the sill plate you can get on the Grand Sport as an LPO.

I believe what is being seen on the #1 sill plate is simply a reflection of blue from the seats.

BTW...# 62 has been sold and resides in Leland, NC

I'll update #62, is the owner a forum member?

And yes, I think you're correct on the reflection. But there is no red like we have in ours, that's the big difference.

Not that I'm aware of. I was at the dealership today and got this info.

Starting to play around a little more with some charting in the registry (sorry, getting bored, I want my car back and now it's going to be another week it looks like!). Hopefully of some interest to others besides just me

If there's others you'd like to see, let me know! Take a peek at the spreadsheet from time to time, always changing something. These charts are for those that have been identified so far.

Congrats! If I'd known they were still available to be ordered, I'd have ordered mine. By the same token, by existing builds helps keep the numbers down. There is at least one more in the area, a Tacoma Corvette Club member has one with the Z07 package. Don't know if he's a forum member or what # he has. Will try to get the info some time.

Hope to see you at a show sometime.

Have a report from someone that saw #720 completing production at the factory this week, so the numbers keep on growing....

The registry is up to date as of this morning, added about 10 more. 690 is the highest number I've recorded so far.
Heading to Harbor Chevy to negotiate on #596 - Stand by for incoming.....

Good luck Sarge! If that doesn't work out, there are some forum sponsor dealers that have that same config in stock and they ship anywhere in the US. Could be an option!

#653 picked up a week ago. I'll get some pics when I finish some mods, windows tinted, and get it cleaned up.

Brentwood, TN
Convertible
M7

Traded my '15 A8 Z51 Coupe. Corrected the mistakes I made when I bought the 2015 - coupe instead of vert, A8 instead of M7, and no MRC. Plus got the grand sport to boot! One happy camper here....

Awesome news and registry updated! Yes, please post pics but also confirm options if you can. Z07? Any others (take a look at the registry spreadsheet in the first post, scroll to the right to see all the options. They should show on your window sticker or build sheet).

Here are the pics, as promised. Windows tinted with 35% ceramic. I added Stage 2 spoiler winglets, OEM front and rear splash guards, carbon fiber door scratch guards, suede warning label covers for the visors, and black lug nuts. That's probably it for now...except for probably xpel on front - still trying to decide how much to do.

Now I've just got to get to 500 miles, so I can get the oil changed and start opening her up.

Can I ask where you purchased the front and rear splash guards? I like the black lug nuts, been thinking about doing that too. Did you add lug locks? Stage two winglets make a dramatic difference in the look.

Cultrag via Ebay - $119.95 shipped.

I didn't add lug locks. I bought splined black ones, but to me they were a bit thin, so just put on the black (acorn style, bulged) lugs I had on my '15 Z51, which I had changed back to the OEM chrome lugs before I traded it. The lugs that came on the GS were 1-1/2" long, and the splined ones were the only ones I could find the same length. The ones from the Z51 were ~1-3/8", which is the same length as just about everything else I could find online - and all of them states they fit base, Z51, GS and Z06. They seated and torqued just fine.

Looks nice with the new additions you added!

After driving mine for the first month and cleaning the wheels weekly, I changed the brake pads with ceramic pads...and I'm glad I did
