Am I being too picky? Dealership issues with seat cover replacement.

Am I being too picky?
I don't think you are being too picky at all.
Unless the dealer gave you some kind of "consideration" for this issue, they need to make it right.
Keep at it.
Also, I just bought a new C7 from a dealer in Monroeville a few weeks ago. And I was wondering about their reputation in dealing with customers. Would you mind sharing with me the name of the dealer where you bought your car (to see if it might be the same dealer I bought my car from)? You can PM me if you like, so as not to broadcast to the "world".
Thank you.

My passenger seat has pretty bad wrinkles at the end of bottom seat where legs go.
I don't think I'll ever get it fixed as I know it will up worse.

Are we obligated to have warranty work performed only at GM dealers? I remember back in the late '80's my brother had a new Chevy truck that didn't go down the road straight. He took it the dealer to have it aligned which they did. When he picked it up it was only marginally better. He took the truck to a local frame shop who did it correctly. He told them to bill GM for the work since it was under warranty and GM did pay for it.

Service advisor was sup to contact me 1/23 after escalating to regional manager. Now 1/31 with no contact. I dialed the number a couple of times but felt my blood pressure rising and felt I wouldn't be able to keep my cool talking to him so decided it better to hang up.
I have sent 2 emails to my GM Customer Care rep in the last 10 days with no response.

The seat looks like crap and unfortunately, you're being held hostage by mediocre folks.
Pay the "smile and friendly attitude" ransom, get the work done, and leave them in your rear view mirror.

Guess I'm not picky enough.... I drive my cars - 36,000 on my C7 - 53,000 on my Ferrari - I don't wander up and look at the seats.... hard to look at seats when looking out the windshield.....

Agree it should be fixed but you risk the problem being made worse. Might want to live with it knowing over time it could happen again when car is out of warranty. Have conversation with GM customer service about "quality control" at the plant. A little more effort there would go along way to preventing such issues in the first place.

GM customer care replied to me on twitter and said they spoke to the dealer and they said I should try going the dealer I bought it from (out of state). They said they've replaced it twice and can't do anything more for me. Not sure why it would be another dealers fault to fix their mistake.
This is making me sick at this point.

IDK why I didn't think of this earlier, but if you don't want to go to another dealer like one poster did successfully, and it can no longer be done by your dealer, I think there's only one choice for you. One fellow even said you want it to become like factory---well, no you don't because that's the way it CAME from the factory.
The one idea I was thinking of---it's not you, it's not the car---it's the leather and what's under it. IMO, you need to find a very good upholstery shop that knows what it's doing. It could be a shrinking of the current leather seat cover. Or, it could be a new piece of foam underneath.
While he's at it, if that is the route to take, replace all the foam with better foam, upper and lower. You may not need or want stiffer or thicker, just better and better cut/shaped. There are grades of foam just as there are grades of leather and everything else.
If you don't know a club, try starting w. corvette restoration shops for names they recommend, or hot rod clubs in your area. Yes, this will take you out of warranty paying for it, but let's face it: how far has free gotten you? Not being sarcastic, just realistic.

Dealership is Sun Chevrolet.
I made a long winded public post on Facebook to try and get some further help since customer care basically told me to **** off. Here it is with more info.
