Are PVD wheels clear coated and other stuff
If PVD wheels are not chrome then why are the called chrome PVD? I understand they are clear coated so I would guess that before you spray on the chrome wheel cleaner make sure they are not PVD. Am I correct here? Is the reason for PVD the EPA? Thanks, Mike
