I use the "California Water Blade" on my XPEL. That thing is magical! After I get most of the water off with its squeegee-like effect, I use a cotton towel to finish off. XPEL is much more resilient that clear coat alone. I'm a detail nut and this thing is liberating.

There are lots of wild claims out there, truth is coatings act pretty much like any other sealant or wax, they just last longer. Washing and drying is easier than an uncoated surface, but still required.
